Francis St Amour is a cofounder of 10th Planet West Island, as well as 10th Planet Rive Sud. He started training in 2013 and is now one of the strongest competitors in the region. Being one of the most active competitor within our local area, the number of wins he has under his belt are too numerous to count.  He’s been competing for almost as long as he’s been training and teaching since 2017.  He has a deep understanding of fundamentals as well as being well versed in the new meta.
