About Us
At 10th Planet West Island we have an open minded philosophy. We are not trying to push a specific style for everyone. Instead, we want people to use the techniques that fits their body and personality best. You will be able to learn a variety of movements from all our coaches and use what works better for you to eventually build your own system. We'll be there to help and accompany you in your martial arts journey!
